Excellent support and process

I just completed the process for my industrial plot allotment! I was a bit nervous about all the paperwork, but the online payment for the lease rent and transfer of plot fees went smoothly. The customer service folks were super helpful when I had questions about the building plan approval. I'm so glad I chose MIDC, it's going to be a great location for my business. I will definitely be recommending them to my associates!

Good value overall

I applied for a small industrial plot last month. The e-bidding registration was pretty straightforward. I was hoping for some kind of discount, but the MSME subsidy I qualified for made it a good deal. It felt like a fair price for what I got.

Hey, I'm looking into getting a plot for a small manufacturing unit. Do they offer any kind of price break for new businesses or maybe for MSMEs?

T Tom 3 months ago
Yeah, they totally do. Not like a coupon code, but if you're an MSME or a startup, there are specific government incentives applied during the allotment process. You have to qualify though.

I think I saw something about subsidies for MSMEs and even priority for SC/ST entrepreneurs. You won't find a 'discount' button, it's more like policy-based stuff that gets factored in.

What's the process like for transferring a plot in MIDC? Is it super complicated or fairly straightforward?

R Rosa D. 2 months ago
It's not terrible, but definitely involves some paperwork and fees. I did it a few years back; just make sure all your documents are in order.

Straightforward-ish, but you need to follow their guidelines strictly. There are specific transfer fees and forms you need to fill out. You can probably find the exact process on their site if you dig a little.
